Roderic is a multidisciplinary designer with 10+ years of experience in visual brand identity, marketing, and design for land-based casino resorts, online casino and betting, free-to-play games, entertainment and sports. His ability to quickly learn new tools, understand complex concepts, and create attention-grabbing work that gets results makes him a valuable member of any team.
While employed as a Senior Designer in the North America Division at Bally’s Interactive, Roderic created graphics and layouts for the marketing of the Bally Bet Sportsbook and Bally Casino products. He also contributed creative logo designs and graphics that were key to launching the Bally Play platform and several free-to-play games, such as Smashville Selector and Dawg Pound Predictor. In addition, Roderic played a major role in developing the team’s templates, design systems, and other documentation, which helped to ensure brand consistency and maximize output of creative work.
From 2015–2021, Roderic was a major contributor to elevating all aspects of design at Agua Caliente Casinos. Some key achievements: he assisted the Social Media Team with creating videos and motion graphics, which contributed to doubling engagement on all platforms; he created the digital menu boards at all restaurants and food outlets, which eliminated printing costs and allowed more flexibility with menu offerings and pricing; finally, in 2020, Roderic led the design, development, and deployment for all digital video signage during pre-opening for Agua Caliente Cathedral City, which contributed to a very successful grand opening of the casino property.
